The Blue Water Restaurant serves a sensational a la carte menu from 6pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. And if the weather permits, on Tuesday's and Friday's the restaurant serves a taste-tempting seafood and barbeque buffet. On Sunday the restaurant serves a Carvery & Pasta buffet. Romantic private beach and balcony dinners can also be arranged for that special get together. There is also the Aqua Lounge with its indoor and outdoor bar which is open daily from 9:30am til late, serving drinks including cocktails, smoothies and coffee.

From all major Australian cities, guests can take regular flights to Mackay and from Mackay; there are helicopter and commuter flights that take approximately 15 minutes to travel across to Brampton Island. There are also charter services available from Hamilton Island to get across to Brampton Island. In addition, there is a launch via sea from Mackay Marina.
